Haryana to upload video explainers for property registration
Officials concerned were informed about this at a meeting on registration of deed held in Haryana Niwas, Chandigarh on Tuesday.
CHANDIGARH: Haryanagovernment will prepare an informative video to explain the process of registration of deed online. The video will be uploaded on YouTube. Deputy commissioners and district revenue officers will be trained in conducting registries and they will train property dealers so that those eligible do not face difficulties.
Officials concerned were informed about this at a meeting on registration of deed held in Haryana Niwas, Chandigarh on Tuesday.
In the meeting, it was informed that the process of taking online appointments for land registry was started but in some places, there has been difficulty in selecting collector rate. Instructions are being given to deputy commissioners on this.
Issues of portal link, conveyance-deed, allottee-ID in industrial areas, notification of 7-A in controlled areas and some technical glitches coming up on the website of the Town and Country Planning department were also discussed in the meeting, which was presided over by deputy CM Dushyant Chautala.
Chautala, who is also the revenue and disaster management minister, directed officers to immediately resolve all problems regarding online registration of land so that people can get their work done without any hindrance.
Taking cognisance of officers displaying negligence in work, Chautala said action would be taken against officers who are not serious about their responsibilities.
