Havells Lighting profit before tax dips 28% in Q3 FY20
Revenue from the lighting & fixtures segment was Rs 308.04 crore, a dip of 18% from Rs 374.89 crore it had registered in the corresponding quarter last year.
NEW DELHI: The lighting & fixture segment of Havells India reported a dip of 28% in its profit before tax (PBT) during the third quarter of the financial year 2019-20.
Its PBT stood at Rs 92.12 crore in Q3 FY 20 from Rs 128.65 crore it recorded in the similar quarter previous year.
Revenue from the lighting & fixtures segment was Rs 308.04 crore, a dip of 18% from Rs 374.89 crore it had registered in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from the switchgears segment dipped by 5% in Q3 FY20 and stood at Rs 371.30 crore, while its profit before tax was Rs 147.92 crore, a drop of 7% from the similar quarter last year.
