Officials on the orders of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority-Karnataka had initiated the auction to sell a flat, which is part of a larger project by Golden Gate Properties in Gubbalala near Uttarahalli in south Bengaluru.
BENGALURU: The auction of a builder's property to compensate a homebuyer for the delay in delivery of a flat found no bidders on Thursday. Revenue department officials only ended up attaching the property. A public notice on the auction was put out on August 3.

It planned to raise Rs 77 lakh and compensate the buyer, S Aprameya Nagaraja, for delay in delivery of the apartment.
