Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the dishes. the most significant polyphenols present in green tea are “catechins”, which are very beneficial antioxidants, & said to have the following health benefits: (c) golden yellow, (t) well balanced, (f) well- balanced, best for all occasions, (c) light green, (t) subtle sweetness, (f) mild, best for accompanying sweets, (green tea mixed w/ roasted brown rice)…(c) yellowish green, (t) crispy, (f) medium roast, best w/ & after meal. We ordered the Chef's tasting menu 9 courses $150 pp. !More, As others have echoed in these reviews, this is not the place to go if you want good sushi (nigiri). The restaurant smokes/torches a lot of the food as part of the presentation and gives a nice flavor. You do those very well. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the dishes. But the fire and smoke are gimmick’s which are meant to cover...the fact that the sushi itself is average at best. The dining room past us seemed even more of a closet. Everything well prepared, taste good, but sometimes the fish is just amazing good!
